    Right - I realized that this issue is with the actual captivate file/ application. I will change button states and it will reflect in my working session, ill save the file and work on it another day and then the changes I made the previously day actually didnt reflect/ "stick".

    So when I am publishing those changes aren't reflecting either (even if they show they are changed in the file, they aren't actually changed)
