    Hi Michael,

    You learner review the quiz instead of "retake" then a learner do get "Next" button to review through all the quiz questings and are returned to Quiz result slide where they can click "Continue".

    Retake quiz is disabled as once the learner review the quiz they probably know the answers.

    Please share the use case where you still want to show retake even after reviewing the questions.

    Can you please share the usercase or elaborate the requirement? You can add text to speech voices once you create the simulation. Let me know if you are looking for something else.

    Hi Jeff,

    Can you share the screenshot of the issue you described regarding discrepancies related to Fonts, colors etc? Please share the screenshot in Captivate vs Preview as I am unable to reproduce it.

    Hi Paul,

    Thank you for reporting the issue. I tested at my end but unable to reproduce it. While we analyze the logs ashared by you , can you try to reset the preferences for Captivate and try again?

    Hi Ben,

    You can export the audio from the timeline. Right -click the Audio > Export. Let me know if this works. If the issue still persist then kindly share more details or any screenshot that can help.

    Hi Curtis,

    When you add a mouse click , it imports mouse.mp3 by default which already has a sound hence it is not possible to add audio to it. However, if your focus is on some other object in the timeline then you should be able to add the audio.

    As per screenshot, the focus is on the mouse and hence the option to add audio is disable.

    HI Adam,

    Can you share the use case for borders around the Click box? Click box is usually transparent and not visible during the output.

    One option you can use is to "Show hand cursor on clicable areas". Let me know if this works.

    Hi Ben,

    This can you some issue with the Captivate preferences. Can you try to reset the preferences and check again?

    Steps to reset the preferences:

    1. Close Captivate.
    2. Go to : C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate\utils
    3. Double click "CleanPreferencesWin.bat" file.
    4. Relaunch Captivate again and check the issue.

    This can be specific to the project or environment. Can you help me with the below?

    1. Is it happening with only specific broject or all the projects? Can you create a sample project and test.

    2. Is your project saved on any cloud like Onedrive or icloud? If yes then can you publish to local drive and replicate the issue?
