Can you let me know the scenario or use case where you need around 20 drag components. Adding so many drag components may not fit on the slide. It will be helpful if you can share any use case.

Can you share the use case? Usually you should be able achieve this using design properties. Please do let me know in ase there is some scenario where the existing options are not able to achieve the requirements.

We have an option to update the present from PI. For example - If we make changes lets say the font size of a text through PI, the preset in PI will have the update icon. As soon as you will click on update icon, it will instantly update all the similar captions.
Let me know if there is any other usecase where it doesn't work.

Currently there is no such option. You have an option to record your own voice as a voice over in Captivate.

I am able to copy/paste the slide or the slide contents from one project to another. This should work.
Can you try to reset the preferences for Captivate and check the issue again?
1. Close Captivate and Go to : C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate\utils
2. Double Click : CleanPreferencesWin.bat
3. Launch Captivate again and check. -

Can you share the image or some use case on what you want to achieve. This will give us more clarity on requirements. We do have designs available for Image blocks and text blocks. If there is something which is not there that suits your requirement then do let us know the usercase.

We have fixed similar issue in update 12.4. Can you try to install the update using Help > Updates and check the issue again?
