Agree! Once the radio buttons are programmed, there is no UI that tells you what the programming is for. This makes it really challenging for future edits, or projects where there are multiple authors.
For usability, I would expect to see a little header above each programmed section indicating what will trigger all the actions beneath.
Attached a photo of an example using the Radio Buttons as a True / False question - Using Captivate 12.5 on Windows 11.
