An error occurred while saving the comment @mohammed Abdul Baseer .. you can consider using multiple Radio button UIC on a normal slide to design it ..
you can also report the selection on each radio button component to LMS by enabling reporting on each, there is no evaluation similar to cp19 and all user selections get reported -

so when you return its the question slide interaction panel which you see.
the action on quiz are related to success and last attempt on failure ... so you can associate actions to these triggers..
to access the interaction panel on question click on the empty region on slide and then choose interactions panel -

An error occurred while saving the comment current workaround can be to escape quotes using a backslash:
say your answer is "Captivate"
set is as \"Captivate\"
this had been fixed already sometime back. Please try now
