Thank you for your suggestion.
I checked this workflow in Captivate 12.6, and the option "videoHeight": 400 isn’t available for slide videos either. Could you please share a screenshot or screen recording showing where you see this option for a slide video that isn’t available for a video grid, so I can advise accordingly?

Reporting applied on an interactive element will only award points on the first click and will not increase with subsequent attempts. If you’d like each card of the widget to be included for reporting, you can enable reporting for each card within the widget.
Kindly elaborate if you have a different requirement so we can suggest accordingly.

Reporting applied on a button will only award points on the first click and will not increase with subsequent attempts. If you’d like each page of the carousel widget to be included for reporting, you can enable reporting for each image within the carousel widget.
To do this, select the required page in the widget, click on the image, and then enable reporting. Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We tested this workflow with a sample project in Captivate 12 using an MCQ slide with the NVDA screen reader, but could not reproduce the issue as it only reads out "Option B" during navigation, and not "Option B, Option A".
If you haven’t already, please install the latest Captivate update (v12.6) and check if it helps. You can update directly via Help > Check for Updates in Captivate, or download the setup from this link: https://adobe.com/products/captivate/vipdownload.html

The playbar is available in Captivate 12.6 with event videos. To achieve this, you can utilize event videos in Adobe Captivate. Here's a link to help article for reference: https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/help/add-videos-adobe-captivate.html#video:~:text=Add%20a%20video%20content%20block

Thank you for your feedback.
We're evaluating the request about closing the project without closing out the entire application and will take appropriate actions accordingly.
Regarding the option to clear cache without opening a project, you may remove it manually by going to "C:\Users\"username"\Documents\Captivate Cache" on Windows or "\Users\"username"\Documents\Captivate Cache" on MacOS

I tested this workflow using a software simulation in a sample Captivate 12.6 project, and the mouse pointer remains visible when the slide pauses for user interaction. You may try adjusting the mouse pointer's timing from the timeline to see if that improves the behavior.
Also, if you haven’t already, please update to the latest Captivate version (v12.6) and check if it resolves the issue. You can update via Help > Check for Updates or download the setup directly from: https://adobe.com/products/captivate/vipdownload.html.
Thank you for your feedback.
I tested this workflow by adding a hotspot widget and previewing the project, and it displayed the regular mouse cursor rather than the hand cursor. Additionally, I’d like to clarify that unlike Captivate Classic, which included a hotspot quiz option, the new Captivate only provides a hotspot widget.
Could you please share a screen recording showing the issue along with your specific use case for the widget in the new Captivate so I can advise accordingly?
