    An image or media block with multiple choice below on a graded question is an absolute necessity. Background images are not functional in many cases.

    Please do not make the library connected to the cloud either. My agency is bound by strict federal privacy laws and cannot put that data out there. Captivate Classic had the library locally. Please offer this option.
