An error occurred while saving the comment Megan Bryant commentedThis is critical for us. We cannot switch to using the new version of Captivate until the instruction box shapes allow for us to point them at the object users need to click.

Ability to add upto 10 buttons in button content block has been implemented and released in 12.4.
An error occurred while saving the comment Megan Bryant commentedIf forced navigation is added, please make the adding of each button in Captivate optional as we would only likely use the next option in our learning. It would also be nice to be able to change the wording of those navigation buttons as we currently use a continue button instead of next.

An error occurred while saving the comment Megan Bryant commentedWe use the seek/progress bar for quality assurance purposes while doing reviews with a client. Then, we add javascript to Captivate to disable the ability to move ahead, but you can still see where you're at in the lesson and move backwards in non quiz related content. This is critical for us.

An error occurred while saving the comment Megan Bryant commentedIt would be most beneficial if the default desktop size was something that coordinated well with 1080p so that videos you add are at full screen resolution or if the desktop size could be altered. This does not work great for incorporating videos into Captivate files where you do not plan on having a user scroll down at all.

An error occurred while saving the comment Megan Bryant commentedSome other ideas to include with this:
- For interactive activities, this covers them. It would be nice to have the ability to move it below the project instead of overlap it or to be able to resize the project so that the developer can prevent this from happening.
- It would be great to have a feature in the playbar where you can make the project or videos fullscreen as this is useful for different LMS options.
- A progress bar to see where you're at in the project would be useful to see how far you've come and how far you have left to finish. This would be better than duration since I agree that is more irrelevant. The ability to select whether or not you want users to be able to move forward by clicking in the progress bar at all or once they've completed a slide would also be great!
- It would be nice to be able to include a company logo in the playbar or TOC.
- The ability to let users collapse the TOC or for it to start collapsed would be very nice.
- It would also be nice to be able to have the option to include the duration of the course.Megan Bryant supported this idea · -

Agree with the previous comment. The CCs currently cover very important information in software simulations. This is another critical item that we need taken care of before we can move to the new version of Adobe Captivate. This feature, the course player features, and the captions not being able to point at objects users click on screen are all keeping me and my team from moving to the new version. Please fix all of these soon!
