An error occurred while saving the comment Isabel commentedI'm not sure if this will help but I find that slide order needs to be correct in the TOC in order for anything else to work,
e.g.:
On the panel on the left I may have it ordered Slide 1, 2, 3 and my instruction is to go to the next screen each time.
If in the TOC the slides are ordered Slide 1, 3, 2, (because I added Slide 2 most recently) the scorm follows that order. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Isabel commentedHi Shivang, using "Show hand cursor on the Clickbox" shows a hand when hovering over the click box. I understand why this is optional because sometimes we want to 'test' the learner and sometimes we want to 'guide' the learner.
However by default there is a hand when hovering over the instructional text. Which is confusing to the learner and I've already had a client complain about it.

With thanks to Shivang from Support, if there is no quiz the Preferences > Quizzing > Reporting setting for Success Criteria has to be slide views ticked and quiz unticked.
When reuploading the content to ALM, the quizzing settings has to be amended to match as they are still at the original setting.
Lastly the learner has to re-enter the learning content and re-click through the all the screens again for it to recognize as complete and passed.
