In an earlier version of New Captivate, the SCORM reporting preference passed through to Adobe Learning Manager, as seen in ALM's content library. In SCORMS created on the last version and the version before, it seems to not pass through?
I've made a scorm with knowledge tests, not quizzes, and set completion to be 90% and passed to equal quiz passed. Now normally my ALM setting (worked in the past and with classic captivate) knows if there is no quiz (there are knowledge checks) then make it be passed automatically. Now coz there is no quiz it sets it to fail. It should know that no quiz makes it a pass.
So my learners have it showing as in Progress - reattempt even though it is completed.
I've sent an email to support (with word doc attachment for screenshots) about this on 8th Oct where it was deleted without a response. I have resent the email. I want to resolve this because I keep getting support tickets from learners and having to tell them that we're looking into it.

With thanks to Shivang from Support, if there is no quiz the Preferences > Quizzing > Reporting setting for Success Criteria has to be slide views ticked and quiz unticked.
When reuploading the content to ALM, the quizzing settings has to be amended to match as they are still at the original setting.
Lastly the learner has to re-enter the learning content and re-click through the all the screens again for it to recognize as complete and passed.

Hi Mayank, no one from Captivate has contacted me yet, would be most appreciative for any help you can provide. ALM always makes contact back within 24 hours.

Hi Isabel,
Apologies for the inconvinience.
Did you connected with Captivate support or ALM support on this issue?
Let me have someone from support to reach out and help you with the way forward.
