I have spent the last few days creating 7 different Software Simulations and doing all the cleanup. The blur area is something I'm very looking forward to as I don't always have the luxury of creating simulations with fake data. Initially, everything was great with the blur area, but what seems to happen is that as soon as I use Review, the blur areas disappear, so real data is revealed. At that point, once I go back to Preview, again, blur areas are not present. A fresh publish results in blur areas being gone. Here's a link to my review: https://captivate.adobe.com/review/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:3a5caa9d-cc08-4050-a8f7-0cf98156150a - use the TOC to jump to "Simulation slide 17". I've republished this with black highlight boxes over PII, and I've adding blur areas over the column titled CIN. What I need are blur areas in the black spaces. I've just added additional blur areas so you can see that they are not displaying as they should. File attached.
