Bug description: windows 11, captivate version 12.4.0.20 - no longer able to share for review, continual error "an error has occurred. Please try again."

I tried the steps below, and tried to again. still the same error.

Hi Tara,
Can you try to try the below steps and let me know if this works: Please close Captivate.
1. Go to : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe
2. Rename : "eLearning Assets" folder to "eLearning Assets_old"
3. Go to: "C:\Program Files\Adobe\utils"
4. Double click "CleanPreferencesWin.bat"
5. Launch Captivate and check the issue.
