For interactions in a video, we recommend using a slide video instead, which provides the options to add bookmarks and interactions.

In Captivate 12, event videos have their own playbar and don’t support autoplay. For autoplay functionality, we recommend using a slide video instead, which begins playing automatically when the slide loads.

You may try adjusting the position by utilizing padding options under "Alignment and Spacing" properties for the speech bubble or it's text and check if it works fine for you

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We suggest you to use single quote against 'y' in the default labels and it should work fine. For your reference:
Correct message: Pareizi! Noklikšķiniet jebkurā vietā vai nospiediet 'y', lai turpinātu

You may copy the slides to a new project and check if it works fine. If the issue persists, please copy few slides at a time to a new project to identify the faulting set.
Additionally, if the project file is saved on a network/shared drive, please save it locally on your device and check.

We were unable to reproduce the issue with the suggested steps. If the project file is saved on a network/shared drive, please save it locally on your device and check. If the issue persists, please follow below steps and check if it resolves the issue (Performing the below steps will recreate Captivate preferences which would remove recent projects list from the home screen):
• Close Captivate
• Open File Explorer, click on “View” in the top menu bar, and check “Hidden items”
• Go to C:\Users\”username”\AppData\Local\Adobe, and rename “Adobe Captivate 12.0” to “Adobe Captivate 12.0.old”
• Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets and rename “12.0” to “12.0.old”
• Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe and rename “Adobe Captivate” to “Adobe Captivate.old”
• Open a Captivate project saved locally and check
Thank you for your feedback.
You can adjust the content for each viewport directly within its respective view while authoring the project.
Please let me know if you have a different requirement or experiencing some issue so we can suggest further accordingly
