I agree. Especially when there are issues with the responsive perspectives that we don't want to find a work around for, there needs to be an option to not have responsive design.

Currently, I am not enabling the Table of Contents (TOC) in my trainings because I do not want learners to advance without completing each section. Ideally, there would be an option to control TOC behavior—allowing learners to revisit only completed topics, while preventing them from advancing to content they have not yet completed.
