classic import not working. Spinning circle when selected to import Classic into new

From update 13.1 the import classic presentations into the new captive just sits there spinning and never gives me the option to select a classic file to import

    I am having this issue as well after installing today - please HELP Adobe !!!

    I have the same issue. The Import dialog box don't show up.
