Correct flicker when using effects.
Currently when you apply an entrance effect (ie. EaseIn Left or EaseIn Right) to an object in Adobe Captivate the object displays in the final position for a split second before beginning the effect.
The desired outcome is to not see the object until the effect begins to fade the object in. If the effect begins at the 0 second mark on the timeline and the effect fades and eases in left, you shouldn't see it until it begins to fade in.
This issue occurs when viewing the project in HTML 5.

I wonder if you are referring to Captivate Classic? Reason for my confusion is your use of the term 'Effects' instead of animation.
It is an old pain what you describe and I use two possible workarounds in Captivate Classic:
1. Use a Fade in transition on the object.
2. Use an advanced action, where you hide the object, start the Effect (custom) and using the Delay Next Actions Show the object a fraction of a second later.
