Fix Table of Contents text - currently it says Table of Content
Fix the text in the Table of Contents.
It is missing the s at the end of Contents.
It says Table of Content.

Better still would be to make this adjustable for the author. Like I always wrote there the title of the course in Cp 11.x (now Classic).
