captions move when adding new text
Force the caption to use the same font that it's used on the theme or add a caption style in the theme options to set up.

I might have not explain the problem right, the theme is ok but there is no option to set captions font so they are all consistent through the project, in the fonts pallets there is no option for the captions to be set within the theme.

Did you tried exporting Themes option and importing in your other projects in new Captivate?

when I need to update one word in the captions the whole caption timelimes update even when the word I am updating is at the end of 50 captions all of them update so I have to go through all of them and adjust them to the audio.

when you set up your theme there is not option to set captions font style and position for all the project so it's consistent, at the moment the option of "Apply to all slides" doesn't work fully as intended and the font doesn't change in all of them what makes the project a bit messy
