Multiple correct answers in quiz
There is no option for us to be able to select multiple correct answers.

You may check the option "Multiple Answers" on multiple choice quiz slide to set multiple correct answers, PFA screenshot. Also, here's a link to help article with details about working with quiz in new Captivate: https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/help/create-multiple-choice-question-slide.html
