It's easy to get stuck when using quiz slides in Captivate
When setting up question slides, it's easy to get stuck on that slide when users navigate back to a questions slide they already answered. There is no way to proceed.
Add a questoin slide. Turn off the skip options. Turn off the Playbar in quiz. Add any navigation to allow users to go back to the question slide. Preview. Answer the question. Return to the question slide. You are stuck there.
There are many reasons to turn off skip and playbar. But users are now stuck on a question slide they already answered.

It seems like you are assuming that users want to create just a quiz project; or perhaps place all questions together at the end of a project. In this case, the user has a file with multiple sections. In the beginning of the file, the learner sees a menu and can select the section to view. During the section, question slides are interspersed between content slides. At the end of the section, the user returns to the menu slide and they can either choose to view a section they haven't viewed before (also with question slides interspersed with content slides) or review a section they have already viewed. In this scenario, the learner can easily get stuck on any question slide they already answered as they can not proceed. In addition, the Review Quiz and Retake Quiz has different behavior, because the questions are not all together, but interspersed with content slides.

Typically, we would utilize the quiz review option on the final result slide to review the answered questions. For your scenario, we can instead set an action on the button to go to a relevant slide rather than going back to the previously answered question slide.
Please share a few use cases where you might need the user to go back to a previously answered quiz slide using an interaction from a next slide so we can check and suggest accordingly.
