look into the bookmark system on the timeline, it is full of bugs.
I'm trying to create a replay video button with a BOOKMARK for placement on the timeline and a BUTTON using JUMP TO. If I place the button at 0.1 seconds and click the replay button, it'll jump to 5-6 seconds into the video and not the beginning. The only fix I was able to make was putting the bookmark at 1 second which the video starts horribly cuz it misses the first couple words. There is no instruction on this system so it needs to be fixed asap please.

Please install the latest Captivate update (v12.3) by checking for updates from Help->Check for Updates, and see if it resolves the issue. If the issue persists, please share a screen recording demonstrating the issue, or the impacted Captivate project for further investigation
