To move over to use New captivate - I am missing to be able to format TOC with fonts and color backgrounds like in old version
Formatting the TOC. Option to place it on Left and right, Option of fonts color of background color.

Please incorporate the TOC as an option in the theme editor so that font, colour, background etc. can be easily changed.
