Chat support had me do CleanPreferencesMac, but that didn't work. It told me to my only option was to post here and just hope I could get some help at some point. Luckily I'm not on a deadline with this project!

The latest update has been a huge step backwards in terms of quality of the voices (I went through about a dozen), and the interface itself for many reasons:

1. Some of the old AI voices aren't there anymore, which is not good when you are in the middle of a project (Jessica Anne in particular).
2. The delivery sounds more stilted and robotic, and less human. 3 I am no longer capable of filtering the voices in any way (language, gender etc.) so you just have to hope that the voice is going to speak in the language you need. For instance,
3. "Joana", she speaks what sounds like German, very robotically. "Daria" has a slavic? one. Sara starts with a heavily accented English one, then devolves into another language.
4. There is a muddiness in all of the audio, not as clear as before.
