The typical Adobe Hand tool is available in the new version of Captivate, however it is invisible. Using the space bar (similar to Photoshop and other Adobe tools) you can use it to navigate. It is much easier than the tiny scrollbars.
But its icon button is never visible. Why? How do you expect new users to learn about this tool?
