Bug - Cannot Add Slide Video Block
When I click Add Media Block >> Slide Video, the program crashes. I cannot add videos at all, and I've lost unsaved work. My IT folks uninstalled and reinstalled my program and it did not help.

I'm sorry that's happening to you Dennis. It sounds exactly like my problem. I never did find a solution and am just using Captivate Classic. Pretty lousy.

I cannot add video to a Captivate 12.3 project. I used to be able to but not anymore. I have restarted, cleared cache, and everything everyone else has suggested. As soon as I try to add the video block, Captivate crashes. This may just be a terminal problem for Captivate and myself.
How much longer must we put up with this ****!

I'm using 12.3.0.12. I just got it 2 weeks ago; that's what I installed.

Please install the latest update (12.3) and check if it resolves the issue
