I have a project built in 12.5 with multiple accordion widgets that worked fine. After updating to 12.6, Captivate gives an error message "Something went wrong while content block insertion." and the widget is missing from those slides. For readability below, Slide A has the accordion widget built in 12.5 that I'm trying to get to work in 12.6.

If I try to Preview the project from Slide A, after clicking to start, the window goes gray and it just says "something went wrong!" in small text in the top left. Starting the Preview from a different slide and navigating to Slide A, yields a completely white screen with no feedback or info.

If I try to add a new accordion widget to Slide A, the same issues happen, but I am able to add them to other slides that never contained 12.5 accordion widgets without these issues.

I think the solution is to delete the problematic slides and re-create them from within 12.6, but I'd like to know if there is any other way around this.

PS - not sure what Category to put this in, there should be an Accordion Widget category to go with the other widget-specific categories.
