Bug: "Apply appearance" is only partial
When copying the appearance between instruction boxes, only certain aspects of the boxes are copied (such as border and background colour) while others are not (font face and box corner radius).

We tested the workflow by copying the appearance of one button and applying it to another, and the font face as well as the box corner radius were applied successfully. If you haven’t already, we recommend installing the latest Captivate update (v13) and checking if the behavior works as expected on your end. You can install the update either by going to Help > Check for Updates or by downloading the setup directly from the following URL:
