Bug - Sound and video are not playing on the mobile version of a course.
We are having problems with sound and video elements not playing on the mobile versions of the course.

We tested this workflow using a sample video with TTS audio on a mobile device via the Device Preview option in Adobe Captivate, and it worked as expected. If you haven’t already, we recommend installing the latest Captivate update (v13) and checking if the behavior works as expected on your end. You can install the update either by going to Help > Check for Updates or by downloading the setup directly from the following URL:

Additional info: Rarely, the video will actually play, but if it does, any slide TTS audio will stop.
