Bug - audio loading is delayed and then cuts off prematurely.
We are having problems when we have slide-level audio. It does not begin playing at the beginning of the timeline for the slide (appears to be a loading delay) and then once it does load, the audio will cut off prematurely because the slide has reached the end of its timeline. We have been able to do a workaround with extending the duration of the slide by a significant amount and then placing a button on the slide that the user can push to advance to the next slide without having to wait for the timeline to complete, but this is an issue that should be corrected.

We tested this workflow using a sample slide audio and it worked as expected. If you haven’t already, we recommend installing the latest Captivate update (v13) and checking if the behavior works as expected on your end. You can install the update either by going to Help > Check for Updates or by downloading the setup directly from the following URL:
