Allow the editing of answer options on MC question slides when the state selector is not set to Normal.
I have noticed that if I want to edit the text of answer options in a multiple choice question slide, the state selector must be set to Normal. If the state selector is set to any other state, the answer options cannot be edited.
Associated with that problem is that sometimes the text of an answer option on a multiple choice slide is different in the Normal and Hover states. This can happen if the question slide is duplicated for a new question. If the Hover state text is different (usually I want it to be the same text), I have no way to edit the text, since the text can only be edited when the Normal state is selected. The only workaround I have found is to re-create the slide.
