Based on the comments, I suppose this is referring to Captivate Classic, since both comments mention advanced actions which are no longer available in the new Captivate version 12.
TTS result in audio clips, which you find in the Project Library. I never have seen a difference with audio clips recorded in Captivate or imported externally (from Audition). I don't understand that comment at all.

Hi, I tried using advance actions but it doesn't work with text-to-speech slide audio only with external audio, I have already talked to the engineering team and they said there is not option to stop this type of audio on a revisited slide

Hi Sara,
When you go back to the same slide by default Audio will play. If you do not want the Audio to play the second time to visit the slide then you can try to achive this using Advance Action.
Also it will be helpful if you can also share the use case you are trying to achieve here
