Combination characters in CSV replaced by Chinese characters
Dutch, like many other European languages has some combination characters. When I have the word 'creëren' in een CSV file, the two characters 'eë' after import are replaced by one chinese character. Too bad that I can't add a screenshot. I used Gill Sans as font. I am able to delete the chinese character, but there is no way to have the second ë with the double points on top appearing in any answer. This is a real important bug!

Hi Lieve,
A separate ticket has been logged for the other issue, and it is being investigated to be addressed in future Captivate update.

@Shivang I used the template provided by you, edited the fields.
Moreover I discovered that you cannot even type in combi-characters anywhere in the new version of Captivate (same as in XD). I posted that in another bug report. I am using the English version of Captivate. I wonder how the Spanish and French verson are reacting to combi-characters. My keyboard (AZERTY) is similar to a French keyboard. -

HI Lieve,
While using the accented characters in CSV and then importing the CSV in Captivate, please make sure to save the CSV in “CSV UTF-8” format. Once you save the CSV in this format, and then import it in captivate, the accented characters should come as it is.

Shivang
