Adding an Animated GIF Crashes Application
When adding an Animated GIF as a fail response image on a click box, the entire Captivate Session crashes/freezes.

Use case is to have an animation that indicates what to do next if the user gets lost. Stands out more than a still image. Thanks

When I am prompted to add a file from the system, I enter *.gif to find all my GIF files. I select the file with the animated GIF (see my arrows below). Application crashes and closes. I was able to do this in Classic.

Try adding this animated GIF as a state on the failure caption box.

The failure caption text box allows the following image file types (attaching screenshot for reference) to be used for image fill option. Could you please elaborate how the GIF is being imported to the failure text caption box so we can check and suggest further accordingly?

I just got version 12.5.0.35 and confirmed it's still an issue.

Hi David,
Which Captivate 12 version are you on?
