Text formatting is off after importing translated caption and closed caption word file
The import of translated caption and closed caption word file is not helping my purpose, as the font size, color and formatting are going off. Especially if I have a text box with two words in two different font size/style/color.

Please install the latest Captivate update (version 12.6) and check if it works fine. You may install the update from Help->Check for Updates or by downloading the setup from this URL: https://adobe.com/products/captivate/vipdownload.html.
If the issue persists, please check by creating a new project and see if the issue persists.
