Hyperlink improvement
Hyperlinks do not always work. Our policy link looks like this and Captivate 12 doesn't accept it: https://epm.azahcccs.gov/EligibilityPolicyManual/index.html#t=Policy%2FChapter_400_AHCCCS_Medical_Assistance_Programs%2FMA0413.htm
If I convert it to a tiny UTL, that type of link does work. https://tinyurl.com/EPM413
