Import Customized Text Captions
Also allow the ability to import your own customizable captions and captions that point at the object users click or should've clicked. This is a huge selling point for our product and something we use. I can't even get customs to point at the object that the user is going to click, and we need to be able to show users what to click.

Open up the Bookmark-Overlay Option to include Graded Question Slides
It would significantly add so much if the overlay pre-built question slide could be either a knowledge check or a graded quiz that is reportable to the LMS. Using this feature in a final assessment (rather than the Preliminary/Introduction/Review portion of an eLearning course) could add some much dimension to an eLearning Final Assessment.

Bring back the Slide Notes feature
We use the Slide Notes feature often in Adobe Classic to add notes, things to remember, and our audio script. It would be a very helpful feature to add to this newest version.

I am trying out the all-new Adobe Captivate. It looks like I can only publish in HTML and not a SCORM file. Is this not possible?
When using the all-new Adobe Captivate to create training modules, I need to save the file as a SCORM 2004 file to be able to upload it to my LMS software. Is this capability not available in the new version as it is in the Classic?

Playbar: Add 'Forward 15 secs' and 'Back 15 secs' buttons so that learners can advance or go back within a single slide.
Add 'Forward 15 secs' and 'Back 15 secs' buttons so that learners can advance or go back within a single slide. For example, if a project has a slide video which is 5 minutes in duration, it would be helpful for the learner to be able to navigate back and forwards within that video/slide, similar to the way you can with other apps like Netflix and Youtube.

BUG Can't input Japanese
When I try to enter Japanese into a slide, the characters I type are entered twice, and I can only enter the alphabet except for vowels.
You can enter Japanese by copying and pasting the Japanese entered in another text editor.2 votes -
Zooming in should keep focus on selected item
This is an old pain inherited from previous versions. Default view percentage is 'Best Fit' which is great. But when increasing the percentage to focus on a detail (like a button) I tend to select that item first, and expect by zooming in that the selected item is kept in focus. That used to be the case until version 8 or 9, but was also lost in CP2019. It is very frustrating.

Navigation to bookmark on other slides doesn't work
To replace Micro-navigation by using bookmarks, you can add a bookmark on another slide with Jump to Bookmark. However that is not functional because it always will play that other slide from the start instead of from the bookmark. If this functionality iis only possible for bookmarks on the same slide, the tab 'More Bookbmarks' should be dimmed, not available.

image optimization
Perhaps if you could add the ability to have the software optimize the images when publishing (set a max width and height or some type of way to measure it.) that would save space in the package - similar to powerpoint.

The program needs to assume the grammatical accents in Portuguese.
When writing in Portuguese, the text must contain grammatical accents.

Feedback messages issues
Due to the deprecation of Themes there are no object styles for the Feedback messages on quizzes. They have terrible color combinations which make them unreadable. It is possible to edit the style of the Shape/Text when finding the Hide button next to the barely visible because dimmed 'Caption' option. However I didn't find a way to transfer the new styling to all the feedback messages in the project. Is that possible?

Bug - Audio files in Asset Library
I am noticing that a good number of the default multimedia elements (audio files) are damaged that are included with the new version of Captivate. How do I open a ticket to have this investigated and resolved? When attempting to use various media files (not all however), I get the following message: "Audio Import Failed. Unable to import the audio file. Ensure that the file type is either MP3 or WAV. Also ensure that the file is not damaged."
Again, these are the included default files in the Asset Audio library (not my own or other that I am importing).

Multilingual support
our courses have more than one target audience. we have videos on Sharepoint that historically we have been able to embed. This is no longer possible in Captivate 12.
The videos in SharePoint are capable of hosting captions in many languages. It we cannot embed these videos anymore, we would need a way to accommodate captions with in the Captivate CC functionality

Dynamic bookmarks
First goal of 'bookmarking' is to enable micro-navigation. However New Captivate can only create static bookmarks. It is not possible to create dynamic bookmarks generated on runtime. This was possible using the Movie Control category of system variables combined with Movie Information variables. Examples for the Adobe forum:
1. Having a button on a long (video) slide allowing to move to a Help slide, and come back to resume the video where it was left.
2. Having a button which allows to navigate forward or back for a time segment (like 20secs) on a long slide whenever it was clicked.2 votes
