Text Size Appears Incorrectly Upon Publishing in Mobile View
I'm using Adobe Captivate 13. Example scenario: On a slide I have two paragraph blocks with subheader and body text. In subheader the text should be 18 px and body text 16. I have the same specs for block 2. I also have auto layout turned on for both. In preview it looks fine. But upon publishing, my smartphone shows the subheader text is smaller than the body text. Fix the closed captioning button on the playbar
On slides containing videos with captions, the closed captioning button on the playbar grays out and users cannot turn the captions on or off. However, the button works normally on slides that contain only narration with captions and not videos. For more context, imagine slide 1 contains narration with captions (no video), and a user clicks the CC button to turn the captions on. The user then goes to slide 2, where there’s a video with captions. Those captions also appear, but the user cannot turn them off because the CC button is grayed out. Any assistance you could offer…

During import, some Classic slides don't import or import with nothing on them.
During import, some Classic slides don't import or seemingly import with nothing on them. This is most likely due to unsupported objects on the Classic slides. It would be nice if at least a truly blank slide was created with the slide name of the "deleted" slides, so we know that we need to recreate that slide and can do so immediately. On empty imported slides that had unsupported objects, it appears that we cannot preview the lesson with these. In fact, when we try to edit the slide, the lesson often freezes and closes. Bug: Trying to upload a png to an icon using file name/path causes application to crash.
If you go to select an icon from your local system and type in the filename you want (in my case a PNG), the program crashes.

Alignment panel does not have any alignment options.
As the title says, the alignment and spacing panel does not actually show any alignment options. It only gives padding options.

Drop shadow should conform to pixel edge, not container.
When using a png asset, adding a drop shadow to that object should conform to the pixels in the PNG, not the square permitter/container.

Personal Asset Library + Personal Presets
I use Captivate and Camtasia. Camtasia has a personal asset library you can build out yourself. Like if you customize a certain effect you can save it as a preset but also if you upload an asset you can save it in your library for future use. Both of these features would be really helpful and save me a lot of time.

make local assets the default
Best solution: Make a local path the default for what is displayed in the assets panel. Put online assets in its own tab or make it so you click on button to show them.
Medium solution: Images imported by the user should remain visible in the assets panel before the online assets.
Bad solution: Images in creative cloud library should sync with the assets panel1 vote -

Allow users to select any object by clicking on it and use the delete key to remove it.

[Feature] Support for custom slide templates in the Assets panel

Problem:
The Assets panel currently allows importing only Adobe-provided example slides. Unfortunately, there is no mechanism to manage and distribute custom slide templates within a team. This leads to unnecessary manual effort and makes it harder to maintain consistent layouts across larger projects and teams.Suggestion:
Extend the Assets panel to allow importing and centrally managing custom slide templates. Ideally, this should integrate with existing Creative Cloud mechanisms.Benefits:
- faster production through template reuse,
- consistent corporate design,
- improved team collaboration,

Hotspots should have a "Close" or "X" button
Hotspots should have a "Close" or "X" button to allow closing the overlay box, instead of having to click on the hotspot again to continue navigating, especially when the overlay falls on the top of another hotspot. Clicking again on the hotspot to close it is not intuitive.

Bug - Mobile course layout and view does not match what I'm seeing within Captivate
When we design our courses in Captivate to look a certain way on Desktop, Tablet, and Phone, the published course design/layout does not match what we designed it to look like in Captivate. The mobile views have screwed up fonts and layout and don't appear the same as we designed them to be. What is the point of having the ability to view and design for different devices if that design doesn't carry over to those devises in the end?? fix the but that prevents you from editing instruction boxes
Why is it that sometimes instructions can be edited and other times not? I have an Instructions component on a slide that I added/edited manually an hour ago. I come back to the computer and it's no longer editable. However, if I add a new box, that one is functioning perfectly.

Add options like Double click and Right click for the Click boxes in simulation.
I think what challenge we are facing now is, if I have added a Click Box manually to the simulation slide, it does not show options for Double click or Right click functionality. As I always reuse old simulation by just replacing screenshots, these click box functionality I need most. Currently in 13 version it only work with single left click for the Click boxes.
I am adding an image that show the options for UI if you are going to add these functionalities

Enable CTRL click to multi select and apply appearance.
CTRL click would be helpful to multi select and apply appearance to several objects at once.

BUG: Using fit for image results in broken alignment
Using fit will only allow the image to be centered, overriding previously set image focus.

History panel (like all the other programs that have it)
Add a history panel that allows you to see and return to listed states, similar to photoshop and illustrator.
