Include the Captivate 2019 video playbar re-wind and forward function in Captivate 13.0
Captivate 13.0 does not have video re-wind and forward functions. These functions are important for projects that require the learner to fully understand and confident in a process before moving on in the project. These missing functions are standard in video display

Create the ability to insert videos to auto play and place and shrink wherever it's needed by the user
Currently, if you want to insert a video, it creates a rectangular prison that doesnt allow the video to be moved (for me, I created an animation in Adobe express and uploaded it as an MP4 into Captivate- since it is an ADOBE product, it should be integrated into other adobe programs)
It also doesnt allow for resizing beyond a certain size regardless if you undo auto.

Fix Captivate (new - 13.1) launch screen to be accessible at different text sizes.
I updated to 13.1 yesterday, hoping to be able to adjust the reading order in a classic project. Installed the new version and noticed that things didn't fit in the launch screen and were getting cut off. I clicked the Import button and selected the Captivate Classic option. The popup opened, but the image extended and was cut off at the bottom of the screen, and I was missing the Learn more link and the Continue button. There's no option to scroll or resize anything in the Launch screen, nor can you resize the launch screen itself. My colleague tried…

Create a image comparison slider widget
Since you have created the like slider could you also create a image comparison slider widget like this
I have been using sliders like this in the web object but it preforms really badly in the mobile view.

This new version is no where compare to Classic Captivate and now voted suggestion may take decade to be par with CPC
A new version should retain all the features of the old one while also introducing meaningful enhancements. However, the new CP still falls far short of CPC. The development team may not fully understand which CPC features users rely on, and some basic options have been removed entirely. For example, adding a simple text box now requires inserting an entire block, with limited editing options that are locked within a group. In addition, the new CP crashes too often. allow free movement of blocks
The interface using a fixed block-based layout is awful. Jumping through hoops just to design a slide with a video where I want it and a text box next to it.

Review rendering of transparent background images
Transparent images in PNG or SVG format when used as background are showing a thin line like it was being tiled, even if the tile option is not selected.
In the example attached, I have a simple SVG with an angled corner used as background, and on the bottom-right corner it displays a line of the same colour.
The same happens with PNG images.

Custom Completion Certificate Filename
It would be helpful to have the ability to set a custom download name for the certificate file instead of using the default “Captivate Certificate.” Many users aren’t tech‑savvy, and renaming downloaded files can be challenging. Allowing authors to define a filename that matches the course title would make the process much more user‑friendly.

Being able to add to the number of checkbox rows within interactive components
As seen in the 2 attached screenshots, there is no way to add/increase the number of checkboxes (as an interactive component) for use in a checklist type of a scenario. Currently multiple separate checkbox components will need to be created for a workaround which is a lengthy process as spacings need to be changed.

Make it easier to change AI-generated voiceover word pronunciation
I'm finding it difficult to get the text-to-speech to pronounce certain words correctly. Currently, I want it to say "lead" (the metal - rhymes with "bed"), but the AI-generated voice will only pronounce it "lead" (to guide, rhymes with "seed"). When I type in "led" to try and correct this, the voiceover spells it out (as in, "LED" light). Is there a way to adjust the pronunciation? If not, this would be a helpful feature.

Quiz Review locks out retake
If a learner fails a quiz and then they review the quiz and use 'Show Answers' button it locks out options to either retake or continue leaving the Learner in limbo.
In this scenario it should be optioned that they can retake the quiz or if this is not the wanted outcome then Continue with the failed results recorded to LMS.

Mouse Properties - Size Apply to all slides
In Classic I could amend my mouse properties so that a mouse click only lasted for 1 second and was a straight path and I always positioned at the first part of every slide to make editing a lot easier and then I would apply to all slides - can we please have this feature in New Captivate - otherwise it makes editing ten times as long without it

Export slides to PDF
Please add a function that allows a Captivate project to be exported to PDF. Articulate does this and it is very helpful for leverating generative AI for grammar and spell checks.

Slide Customization
While the slide and widget templates are helpful, it would also be useful to allow for customization of blank slides. This allows the designer to create custom layouts much as Articulate Storyline does

Configure UI to emulate PowerPoint
The Captivate UI is not terribly intuitive. The solution would be much easier to learn and implement if you revised the UI to emulate a tab style format similar to PowerPoint.

support for 4k monitors
In the next update cycle, please allow the application to support 4K monitors (at the least). Application window cannot maximize to full screen without manually stretching and certain menus and settings are also inaccessible as a result. Right now, it feels like I'm stuck in "2000 and late."

Need an easy way to edit the visual elements of question and answer slides
In Captivate 13.0, the UI lets you change fonts, colors, and other elements associated with question and answer slides. However, when you preview or publish, these adjustments are overridden by the CSS in the pre-defined Design Options. You can spend a lot of time making design adjustments that don't do anything.
While there appears to be a tech support article regarding editing the Design Option CSS and JSON files, we should not have to work at that level to simply make a visual change.

Save before closing
Save Before Closing – “Ignorer” action in the French Version closes without saving
In the French version, when the “Save before closing” window appears, it offers three options: Ignorer, Annuler, and Enregistrer. These labels are confusing.
In French, “Ignorer” and “Annuler” both sound similar to Cancel. When we click “Ignorer”, we expect it to close the dialog box—just like Cancel—but instead it closes the project without saving.
To avoid confusion, you should rename the "gnorer" button to “Ne pas enregistrer” (“Don’t save”), as it was in Captivate Classic.2 votes -
Bug: Import PPT slides results in "Something went wrong." screen in 13.1.1 update.
From the Home screen, I select the Import> PowerPoint Import option. I select my PPT file, Captivate shows me all the slides and verifies the selected slide. I click "Import" and get an error screen. This is in the new 13.1.1 version.
