Allow streaming from Wistia in addition to YouTube and Vimeo.
Allow streaming from other video hosting sites. We use Wistia and Articulate will allow an embed from any streaming service. I prefer captivate but we do a lot of video clips and embedding them into the trainings directly make the trainings huge.

incorporate videos published on https://share.synthesia.io/ into Captivate.
We use the Synthesia.io tool to generate videos which we then incorporate into Captivate.
Synthesia.io allows you to share videos directly from their site, without going through Youtube or Vimeo. However, Captivate cannot incorporate videos from sites other than Youtube or Vimeo.

FOR THIS FEEDBACK WEBSITE - why do I need additional credentials?
I have all admin rights in the Global Admin Console and Admin Console, I suggest you to link those accounts to this portal. Also do I need one account for each "uservoice" product?
Adding an Other category and a category for Global Admin Console and Admin Console will also make sure to classify those requests better instead of getting lost under other products

FOR GLOBAL ADMIN CONSOLE AND ADMIN CONSOLE - Manage group administrators
Managing administrators in both Global Admin Console and Admin Console it is just a pain.
We can sync groups and you have the false impression that you can use the everywhere, where for Admins they have to be added manually in a list in the UI.I understand from your support that there are different layers of admins for product, but having separate groups for all or them it's also an option.
I'm not sure about other companies, but for the ones that just have a couple of people responsible for licenses and Adobe management they have all the admin…

Bug_Active Adobe fonts not available in Captivate 12 but were in 2019
I designed templates in Captivate Classic with Georgia Pro and Sans Source Pro typefaces and using specific Semibold and Regular font style.
I've verified that the fonts are active in my account on Adobe.com, in Captivate 12 I only have access to Georgia (and only Bold, no semibold) and no Source Sans Pro at all, only Source Sans 3, italic.
Is there something specific I should do in the setup to make sure all the brand fonts are there?

Please can you make Adobe Captivate 2023 compatible for Linux as it is more secure than Windows. Many people have moved across to Linux.

I have Linux and Windows now because I don't have a choice as the Adobe website only offers installations for Windows and Mac. Linux is a lot more secure, please please implement

Quizzing Preferences
There is still a category Quizzing under Preferences. However some of the preferences have been moved to the Properties panel of the Results slide: Attempts on quiz level, Pass/Fail actions etc... They used to be in the Quizzing Preferences under Pass/Fail.
However you can build a 'Quiz' by using only scored objects (formerly labeled as Custom questions). In that case the Results slide is NOT added automatically and you don't have access to its Properties. It would be better to move Pass/Fail again to Quiz Preferences.3 votes -
Shortcut key Preferences
BUG: the shortcut key to open Preferences is CTRL-,
That shortcut key is NOT functional on any other keyboard than the US keyboard. Why not get back to the original shortcut key which always worked in previous versions: SHIFT-F8.
Using a punctuation mark in a shortcut key is always a bad idea, because its location is not fixed, depends on keyboard.
BTW I use an AZERTY keyboard, thanks for fixing the beta bug CTRL-Z.3 votes -
Collapse Playbar Icon in assets
It would be useful to have the collapse icon (from the playbar) in the asset library along with a bigger variety of icons to choose from.

Slide frame
Would it be possible to select the slide frame to select a complete frame OR just a line at the top, bottom, right or left?

More support for 'Hide during publish'
I wanted to have an object NOT show when the slide was first displayed. You can 'Hide during publish' some items like buttons, but not others like Media blocks. As others have noted, if you use a Slide Enter trigger to hide an object, it is still shown before it is hidden, making that slide enter triggers unusable

Bug: issue after choosing desktop fonts in a custom template saved by the user
After updating the custom text block custom preset the style, font-family and size looks ok. When opening the project file next time, the preset settings are gone, totally differnt. Looks like saved incorrectly by captivate.

Enable Feedback for Adobe Captivate Classic
Under "Give Feedback" is apart from Adobe Captivate also Adobe Captivate Classic listed. With 0 (zero) feedbacks. There I've tried to enter a new idea but it's not working. Why is that? CpC is scheduled to be active until 2027. Time enough for improvements. Please also add "Provide Feedback..." to the Help menu of CpC.

Timeline missing feature - on entrance of component into timeline, pause timeline
It would be very useful a feature to have a feature, whereby the timeline could be paused upon a component entering the timeline.

bug - save does not always save
This has happened to me multiple times: in the new captivate v12.2 (and prior versions of 12), when I click "save," it appears as though everything has saved correctly. When I later open the file, I have lost all of the work. This has happened on both mac and windows machines. I asked in the forum and other users are reporting the same problem. HOURS lost multiple times.

Bug: Quiz questions skipped in Preview (captivate 12)
I have a quiz with 7 questions, and when I preview the project, I go from the quiz intro slide straight to the quiz results slide. The quiz results shows that 0 questions where answered. My settings have that all questions must be answered.
I have rebuilt my quiz question slides multiple times and no matter what I do clicking the Next button on the Intro slide skips over all of the questions. I've checked the button interaction and it's set to Go to next slide....Please fix!!
