Zooming in should keep focus on selected item
This is an old pain inherited from previous versions. Default view percentage is 'Best Fit' which is great. But when increasing the percentage to focus on a detail (like a button) I tend to select that item first, and expect by zooming in that the selected item is kept in focus. That used to be the case until version 8 or 9, but was also lost in CP2019. It is very frustrating.

Audio in Hotspot widget to play when hotspot is clicked
If you allow to add audio to the callouts, whether to the image or the text, this would be a simple but very useful enhancement.

Bug: Content width of widgets not adjustable
Some of the widgets cannot be adjusted in terms of the content width. If I use for example the tabs widget (Design Option), the width is preset to 92%. When I change the width for example to 80% the changes are adopted to the widget on the slide. But if change the slide an come back, the widget is agein displayed in 92% although the width value is set to 80%
The card widget (Verticle, bottom text) behaves the same.

Math symbols
It would be nice to be able to write math characters and other special symbols inline with regular text with something similar to LaTeX typesetting or using Mathjax? Maybe I'm missing something, but it does not seem to be able to do so, even pasting text from Word.

Create non-responsive projects
My organization has decided against responsive design. They actively discourage people from using non-desktop computer devices to complete training (concern about employees doing it outside of working hours). The new Captivate leaves us in a bind. We need to be able to design static non-responsive projects as we have always done in previous versions of Captivate.
We will likely never switch until this is restored in the product. If it doesn't come before Cp Classic EOL, we will need to find an alternative product.

Have more standard timeline interface
Make timeline behave like timeline in Premiere and every other professional application with a timeline. Current timeline is more inline with amature consumer applications like ClipChamp. Only easier to use for people unexperienced users. For professionals it is hard to understand, time consuming, mouse heavy, and extremely non-intuititve.

Create a process widget
Create a process widget. It would be great to have a process widget. The old version was a circle which is nice, but there could also be a horizontal option that shows a process for instances that do not repeat themselves in a cycle.

Captivate closing shortcut key change
why does ctrl + w close the project without saving in Captivate?? this is very useless and frustrating, especially when w is next to s on the keyboard, so I accidentally press w sometimes and lose progress!

Progress bar widget
It would be nice to have a progress bar widget that could be pin on top of the slide to let user see his progression in the course.

Allow W and H fields of Custom to actively change as you manually size an application window.
When recording a software simulation in CpC, the width (W) and height (H) fields in the Snap to: Custom Size option actively change when manually sizing the application window. This allows us to visually verify the size of the application window. In new Captivate, the W and H fields in the Size: Custom option remain static when sizing the application window. (Note: Due to an application / Citrix issue, we have to manually size our application windows when recording software simulations. Simply entering the dimensions in the W/H fields does not work.)

Block for "previous" and "next" buttons in Interactions.
Create a block for previous and next buttons that can be added to any slide. This appears along with the widgets, but a fast way to add that same design to any slide would be great. Currently you have to create 2 buttons and the change the design as well as program the 2 buttons.

Translations from one language to another
A great feature in keeping with the Sneak Peeks we were shown at ALS would be translating on-screen text from one language to another. In Canada, we are required by law to make learning available in both French and English. Automating as many of these processes would be beneficial. A one button solution for an entire project would be great.

The audios overlap
The audios overlap. I have two audios on the same slide. The first one is short and is at the beginning, the second one starts from the 3rd second.
