Create a menu in the font palette to set-up substitute fonts
It would be good to have a way to choose which fonts might substitute the fonts that the user does not have in their device or computer.
In my project, I am creating a module that uses Lato font. When opened in mobile, it substitutes for Georgia, but this is not the best option. In my case it would be best substituted by Arial.
You should create a form of hierarchy in the Font palette, where you choose the fonts that will substitute the fonts in your project.

allow for a fixed multiple choice answer when answers are shuffled
A lot of us use "All of the above" (and sometimes even "None of the above") as a multiple-choice answer, but from a layout perspective it only makes sense to have that (or those) answer(s) at the bottom. Another way to think about it would be to only shuffle certain answers, but not others. Maybe creating a fixed class and having it positioned at 16 (given that 15 is the limit)?

Bug on slide interaction
I have created an If Condition that shows a text field if 3 checkboxes are ticked. If they are not ticked the text is hidden.
Here's the issue:
When entering this slide and ticking the correct boxes the text stays hidden - BUT when going to the previous or next slide and then back to this slide the text is shown.
Is this a bug or am I doing smth wrong?
I also tried it with making the "hide during publish" but that's not working at all with the needed conditions. Please help me, thanks!

Accordion Widget formatting
Accordion should also allow:
- formatting the text inside the accordion tabs content, as now you can only apply presets, but not add bold or italic to the content
- more than one tab open at the same time as an option, or all the tabs to be open altogether
- copy and paste appearance of tabs
- include the tab text in the states, so the text can have different colours in each state1 vote -
Improve the Accordion Widget with enabling next button after navigation
Implement the possibility of only making the "Next" button visible after the user has navigated all or some of the tabs. Or at least, that we can assign interactions to its tabs buttons so we can turn visibility of buttons or work with variables.

Bug: Quiz Results "Continue" Button not working
In Captivate 12.6, the Continue button no longer stops the slide and waits for the user to click. Once the timeline hits the end, the slide moves on or the course ends, depending on how you have your settings. There is no way to set any actions on the button either.

Font bug: When simply changing a default font Georgia from a text and image block to "Lato" font, the software crashes. The font can be used in any other Adobe applications so not sure why Captivate crashes with such a simple task.

Bug: Center alignment and movement of tab widget
In version 12.4, the Tabs Widget does not remain center-aligned when published. Even though the widget appears centered during editing, it shifts position upon preview and publish. Additionally, when the browser window is resized, the tab widget moves erratically instead of maintaining its centered placement. This affects the visual consistency and usability of the project.
Attached is a short video and image showing the issue.
Requesting a fix so the Tabs Widget can maintain proper center alignment on initial load and when resizing the browser window.1 vote -

Improve question slides
I want to request a small but significant improvement to the question slides. My current client would like me to use the AI voices for the feedback captions as well. I can do this by creating a temporary blank slide, generating the audio, exporting it, and then importing the audio into the caption on the question slide. It would be great if I could access the text-to-speech window directly from the audio section of the caption, as it would save me a lot of steps. Also, if the submit button could be programmed to pause the slide, it would effectively…

Make active slide easier to see
Currently, on the Slide navigator, the outline or highlight that tells you which slide you are working on (active slide) is too thin and difficult to see. PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER to see the active slide on the list by applying a thicker bright color border around the active slide. See my attachment.

Bring back the markup/editing tools in the new Captivate for iOS.
I create elearning and I need all the boxes and arrows and text boxes that have disappeared from v12.5. I can't even HIDE a slide after I've recorded something in this version. If those tools are not coming back, please let us know. I will need to cancel my subscription and move to another creation tool.

Add Title components to character blocks
It would be nice to be able to add a title to the character block in order to keep a unified background. Currently, I have to add a text block above the character block which means an independent background.

Allow Print Page action
In some Adobe demo presentations that I downloaded from the templates page, it allows the user to fill out a simple form, then gives them a button to print a copy of the form. This is accomplished by using the Java Script call window.print();. I suggest adding a "print current page" option in the actions panel to avoid needing the Java Script call.

Create an "on screen" interaction trigger
In projects with scrolling, we should be able to add interactions to when a block enters the visible screen. For example, when a character block is scrolled to, animations could be added to the characters and audio for the specific block could begin playing.

Objects click on widgets
One thing that I would love to see is that when using a widget, 'Objects clicked' could be used on the elements to control bespoke designed navigation buttons.
For instance, on the flipcard widget, it would be great to select each flipcard under 'Objects clicked' to control a NEXT button design purposely.
